Watch a 3 minutes video on the topic

Most people know how healthy the aloe vera plant is but they do not know its many health benefits and most importantly, where to get pure organic aloe vera gel drink. Till today, Forever Living Products Aloe Vera Gel is organic, the purest form of consumable aloe vera gel available world wide, and the most popular product of the company. Why? It is as close to the real thing as you can get! Imagine slicing open an aloe leaf and consuming the gel directly from the plant, that is what you get when you drink Forever’s Aloe Vera Gel.

Forever Living is the world’s largest grower of the most potent aloe vera plant known as the aloe barbadensis miller. Our aloe is organically grown, without pesticides or herbicides and is not harvested until fully mature. Our drinks contain only the inner gel which is stabilized through a patented process and when tested, have shown to be “essentially identical” to the inner gel of the raw aloe plant. The first of their kind to receive certification by the International Aloe Science Council, the rich combination of pulp and liquid authenticate our products just as nature intended.

I would like to share with you ten reasons given by Forever Living Products why you should consider making our Gel a part of your daily diet. For dosage, most people start with 2-3oz twice a day. The Gel can be taken anytime during the day but it’s most beneficial to the body when taken first thing in the morning.

10. Dental Health and Hygiene

Aloe Vera is extremely healthy for your mouth and gums. A 2008 study in the Journal of Applied Oral Science found that aloe, used as a dentifrice, works better than two leading brands of toothpaste. A daily dose of Aloe Vera Gel may support your healthy oral hygiene – especially when combined with daily use of forever Bright Tooth gel. Take that to your next dentist appointment!

9. Provides Rapid Soothing

Aloe Vera enhances fibroblast functions. Fibroblasts are those remarkable little cells responsible for collagen formation. They also assist in the soothing of minor burns, cuts, scrapes and skin irritations. In fact, Aloe Vera is legendary for its rapid soothing abilities when it comes to skin irritations.

8. Aids in Healthy Digestion

A healthy digestive tract ensures that nutrients from foods we eat are absorbed into the blood stream. Aloe Vera has natural cleansing abilities. Drinking Aloe Vera Gel regularly may improve bowel movement regularity and increase protein absorption, while at the same time decrease unfriendly bacteria and yeast – all done naturally! Aloe Vera has also demonstrated its ability to assist in soothing heartburn and other minor digestive complaints.

7. Immune Support and Function.

Aloe Vera provides natural support for the immune system. Since the immune system works around the clock protecting the body, aloe vera, with its natural immune enhancers, gives the body a continual arsenal from which to draw, drinking 2-4 ounces of Aloe Vera Gel regularly may give your immune system the ongoing support it needs.

6. Regulates Weight and Energy Levels.

Aloe Vera Gel, naturally and with regular use, allows the body to cleanse the digestive system. We all know that our diets may include unwanted substances that can lead to lethargy and mental fatigue. Taken regularly, Aloe Vera Gel ensures a greater feeling of well being, allowing energy levels to increase and helping maintain a healthy body weight.

5. Collagen and Elastin Repair.

Aloe Vera Gel can add a rich supply of building materials to produce and maintain healthy skin. The skin replenishes itself every 21 – 28 days. Using the nutritional building blocks of aloe vera, the skin can utilize those nutrients daily to help combat the effects of aging! A  daily dose of Aloe Vera Gel can be just what your skin needs to look and feel its best.

4. Trace Minerals

Some of the many trace minerals found in Aloe Vera Gel include calcium, sodium, iron, potassium, chromium, magnesium, manganese, copper and zinc. What a powerful line up! We all know that adding foods to our diets with naturally occurring vitamins and minerals is recommended for overall health. Drinking Aloe Vera Gel is a natural and healthy way to replenish the body’s supply of essential minerals. You will feel its energizing power!

3. Natural Vitamins

Aloe Vera Gel includes many of the vitamins you need daily, like Vitamin A, B1, B2, B6, B12, C and E, folic acid and Niacin. The human body simply cannot store some of these vitamins, therefore we need to supplement them regularly through our diet. What better way to achieve their benefits than by drinking a daily dose of Aloe Vera Gel, while at the same time naturally building  the body’s defense system against oxidative stress.

2. Anti-inflammatory properties

Aloe Vera Gel has 12 naturally occurring substances that have been shown to inhibit inflammation without side effects. These plant compounds are the source of aloe’s effectiveness when it comes to soothing many kinds of burns, cuts, scrapes and other inflammations within the body. Aloe may also support proper joint and muscle mobility.

1. Power Body Builder

Amino acids are our body’s building blocks. These amino acids are used to build a strong body. Eight of the essential amino acids that cannot be made by the body are found with the aloe plant! Drinking Aloe Vera Gel on a regular basis allows you to support your health by replenishing your body naturally with these essential amino acids. Just think – all that amazing strength in just 2 – 4 ounces a day!

Forever Living Products appreciates the fact that not everyone can handle the bitter taste of aloe that is why we have the Aloe Vera Gel drink with some flavors. For instance, the Aloe Berry Nectar has all the goodness of Aloe Vera Gel coupled with a sweet blend of real apple and cranberry juice – three of the healthiest juices packed in one bottle! We also have the Forever Bits ‘n’ Peaches which is a taste sensation like no other: pure chunks of aloe vera bathed in the flavor of sun-ripened peaches. There is also the Forever Freedom. Here, Forever Living Products has taken the benefits of aloe vera gel and married them with glucosamine sulfate and chondroitin sulfate – two natural elements shown to help maintain healthy joint function and mobility.  Also added to Forever Freedom is MSM, a primary source of bio-available sulfur to maintain healthy connective tissues and joint function. This particular drink contains shellfish (shrimp, crab, lobster) and is also available in single-serving, convenient foil pouches known as Freedom2go.

FLP also has Forever Pomesteen Power, a unique mix of fruit juices and extracts including pomegranate, pear, mangosteen, raspberry, blackberry, blueberry and grape seed. The aloe vera plant has been around for many centuries and comes in many forms. But what really is the benefits of aloe vera?

admin September 3, 2010 at 4:44 pm

@Corliss Corrow. Yes, Aloe Vera is said to be the natural plant most beneficial to man but you have to understand what is contained in the plant to begin to have an idea of its many benefits to the human body. For that info, let me refer you to my January article “Why, Where and How Aloe works” parts 1 & 2. I believe also that there’s really so much to it than we already know.
